TERMS & POLICIES

Clients must read and agree to these Terms and Policies by checking the mandated checkbox before scheduling a service. The client acknowledges these Terms and Policies as a legally binding contract between them and Missile Studios, LLC. By scheduling a service, the client is considered to have accepted and agreed to abide by these Terms and Policies. Missile Studios, LLC, also known as the 'Photographer', conducts business and forms contracts with customers, hereafter referred to as the 'Client', based on predetermined 'Terms' and 'Policies'.

CONTRACT

ONLINE DEPOSIT: $99 

Kindly note, deposits are non-refundable. We urge you to arrange your appointments with care.

 

REMAINING PAYMENT ('Pay Later' Balance) 

Please ensure to settle the remaining payment for the package before you leave the shoot. Bring a valid ID and the card you plan to use. If you're paying in cash, please bring the exact amount as we do not operate a cash drawer.

 

Session duration 

If your session goes beyond the designated time stated in your package, a fixed fee of $99 will be applied at the at start of each consecutive hour. Any additional time utilized should be settled during checkout. Additional time can only be accommodated if it is readily available.

STANDARD TURNAROUND: 3-5 Weeks (bd) 

The standard turnaround time for final imagery is 3-5 weeks (business days). We operate on a first-come-first-serve basis. The estimated processing time for photos may vary depending on the quantity, complexity, and client volume. We greatly appreciate your patience and respect for this meticulous process. To expedite service, you have the option to add a rush option to your package when booking. Please refer to the Rush section for more details.

Rush: 3-5 day (bd)

To secure imagery before the max 5-week waiting period, choose the 3-5 business day Rush option during online booking. If you need select images for rush delivery only, please specify the number of images needed rushed in the online booking form or during your appointment. We will apply the Rush fee at checkout at the studio. Rush orders have a minimum fee of $150. 

RESCHEDULING POLICY 

Rescheduling is restricted to two instances. Please be aware that a $25 fee will be levied on each occasion. A third rescheduling attempt will result in the cancellation of the original appointment. To be placed back on the schedule, a new appointment must be made accompanied by a new deposit. Take note that your initial deposit will not be refunded. Both rescheduling and cancellation restrictions apply.

 

CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY 

Your deposit will be forfeited in its entirety, resulting in a total loss.
